Have you ever known something about yourself but not known what it means yet? You see a vision of where you want to be someday but you can't see the path yet? That was entrepreneurship for Noelle London.
After graduating college Noelle joined the Peace Corp. Her assignment, teach entrepreneurship to women in Nicaragua. Seeing first hand how entrepreneurship empowered women to solve problems in their community and gain financial independence Noelle fell in love with the world of entrepreneurship.
Over the next 10 years she would find ways to work in startups and with entrepreneurs, all the time looking for the problem she was uniquely poised to address. Then in 2020 felt a calling she could not deny. She knew where she was meant to make an impact.
Noelle London is the CEO and Founder of Illoominus, a data analytics platform that helps companies proactively manage their diversity commitments and retain and grow diverse employees into leadership positions. Noelle earned a Masters in Global Policy focused on Economic Development and Technology from UT Austin
